Eligibility Criteria for HEC Undergraduate Scholarships

You must possess a local certificate or domicile from either Balochistan or the Formerly Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to qualify for the HEC Undergraduate Balochistan & FATA Scholarship.
Successful completion of 12 years of education with a minimum of 60% marks in FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/DAE or an equivalent qualification is required.
Your age should not exceed 22 years as of the closing date, and you must have attained the necessary academic qualifications before the closing date.
If you are currently benefiting from any other HEC/Government Scholarship, you are not eligible to apply for this particular scholarship.

How to Apply for HEC Undergraduate Scholarships

To apply for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship, follow these steps:
Visit the HEC website: Go to www.hec.gov.pk/site/bf3 to access the online application portal.
No Hard Copies Needed: You don’t need to send any physical documents at this stage.
Application Fee: Deposit an application processing fee of PKR 500. You can do this through participating banks, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa.
Payment Process: Once you’ve selected the payment option, open your mobile banking app and click on Bill Payment or Payment Services. Enter the consumer number provided by the application portal. Review the details and make the payment.
Verify Online Payment: After making the payment through the 1Bill Invoice, click on “Verify Online Payment” on the application form.
