UVAS 14th Convocation 2024 Registration Fee
The registration fee for the convocation is Rs. 2,000/-. Degree and medal recipients who wish to accompany their parents/spouse will need to deposit an additional amount of Rs. 1,000/- per person .To be part of the Convocation, a registration fee of Rs. 3000/- is required for participation.
How to Register for UVAS 14th Convocation 2024
To register for the convocation, please follow these steps:
- Visit the UVAS website: https://uvas.edu.pk/
- Click on the “Convocation” tab.
- Click on the “Online Registration” link.
- Enter your roll number or CNIC number.
- Complete the registration form.
- Pay the registration fee online.
- Submission of Hard Copy of Registration Form
After successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the hard copy of the registration form. Please print out the registration form and sign it. Attach copies of your required documents (same as uploaded online). Submit the hard copy of the registration form to the Admissions Office at the UVAS Main Campus, Lahore.
UVAS 14th Convocation 2024 Online Registration
Attendance at the Convocation:
All degree and medal recipients are required to attend the convocation. Please arrive at the convocation venue at least one hour before the scheduled time.
Important Instructions for UVAS 14th Convocation 2024
- During the Convocation, you’ll be provided with the academic gown for rent, which will be your attire for the event.
- Kindly note that no T.A. / D.A. will be provided for attending the Convocation.
- Please bring your original CNIC and Registration Card to the convocation venue. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to enter the venue.
- Students who get themselves registered but do not participate in the Convocation, due to any personal reason, will not be able to claim the degree against the deposited amount later on. However, they may get the degree after depositing remaining dues of degree fee.
- The convocation will be held at the Main Campus, Lahore.
