The date for admission for private students at Punjab University for MA and MSc is 2023. The process of admission for applicants who are not private is as the following:
Students who have passed the final exam of the BA/BSc (Part-I) or an equivalent exam at any other university that is recognized to the Syndicate as equivalent to it and who have passed at least two examinations of Part-II are capable of being admitted to part-I of the MA/MSc first year course.
However, students who have failed to pass two or less exams or both Part I or Part II annual examination, or both examinations taken together, will also be permitted to gain admission to the MA/MSc Part-I in the condition that they must complete all the tests in either Part I as well as Part II exam, as the situation may be, which they failed, prior to being admitted to MA/MSc Part II.
