NUMS Admission 2023 Application Form
It is required that candidates download it from the NUMS website www.numspak.edu.pk after entering their CNIC, Passport/NICOP/Form A numbers.
- Online application forms will be accepted.
- Login to www.numspak.edu.pk to fill out the Application Form.
- After submitting a successful application, applicants will be able to print the Application Processing Fee Challan.
- To deposit the Application Processing Fee @ Rs 3500 (Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable), applicants will need to visit the nearest Habib bank Ltd branch (nearby) by Friday, 18th November 2023 at 1600 hours.
- Upload the NUMS Copy paid Fee Challan to Online Admission Portal, then click “Final Submit”.
- The Online Application Form will require applicants to scan and attach the following documents.

NUMS Admission 2023 Entry Test
The institute will conduct an admission test also called an entry test for admission to Ph.D. programs. So the date of commencement is 7th December 2023 Wednesday.
