7. Please bring your completed Original Admission Form to submit.

Notification: Please submit a copy of the challan payment form to Admission Office.

If your name appears on any of the lists and you’re interested in applying for admission you must sign up with the PUCIT Admission Office by filling out and providing a completed copy of Preference Proforma (available on the PUCIT Admission Office) latest by Seats will be filled in order of merit.
