NUML University Admission 2024 Application Form

Instructions for Filling the Admission Form (Regular Admissions):

a.Visit NUML admission website: onlineadmission.numl.edu.pk and apply online. Attach scanned copies of a passport-sized photograph with a blue background and other specified documents.
b. You can choose priorities within the same faculty on one admission form. Entry test on priority-1 will automatically be considered for the next priority based on merit. If you have priorities in different programs, attending interviews for each program is mandatory. Admission is subject to selection based on merit and seat availability.
c. Admission Processing Fee: Rs.2000/- (Non-refundable)
d. For choosing priority in another faculty, a separate admission form/processing fee will be applicable. Other terms and conditions remain the same.
e. No priorities are allowed for MS/MPhil/PhD and Functional level programs.

NUML GAT Fee: For applicants in MS/MPhil/PhD programs using NUML-devised GAT, a fee of Rs.1200 must be deposited.

Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be accepted or entertained.

Eligibility for NUML Admission 2024

General Instructions for NUML University Admission (Spring 2024)

BS/BBA (Hons) Program Applicants: Make sure to provide IBCC verified QR documents during interviews.

Foreign/’O’/’A’ Level Qualification: If you have foreign or ‘O’/’A’ level qualifications, you must apply for admission after obtaining an equivalence certificate from IBCC.

Provisional Admissions: For BS/BBA (Hons) Programs, students with provisional admissions must submit their verified result card from IBCC with QR verification within 7 days of classes starting. Failure to do so will result in admission cancellation. Provisional admissions are not applicable for MS/MPhil/PhD, MBA, BBA (2 Years), BS Bridging, ADCP, and Functional programs.

Fee Refund Policy: Claim 100% fee refund within the first week, 50% within the second week, and no refund after fifteen (15) days from the start of the semester. However, students with provisional admission (result awaited) who fail to meet eligibility criteria will be refunded 100% of the fee if claimed within 7 days of result announcement.

Admission Cancellation: Ensure eligibility before submitting the admission form online. Admission will be cancelled without refund (except security fee) if a candidate is found ineligible or presents a fake/unrecognized degree/certificate.

Schedule of GAT/Entrance Test & Interviews: Entrance Tests/GAT (General/Subject) will be held on December 09-10, 2024.
